It's officially gardening season, and while I dig in the dirt planting seeds for the summer and fall, I can't help but think about what thoughts I'm cultivating for my future. Every thought we have is a seed, some are weeds, some are flowers, which ones are you tending to?

Rev. Krista, a lifelong spiritual seeker, graduated from Emerson Theological Institute as a Minister of Religious Science in 2019. She is also a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher and has completed a 3-year apprenticeship in the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition of Peruvian Shamanism. She joined UCN in 2019 and started volunteering right away at community events like Pride in the Park and has led the greeting ministry since 2021. She is a regular Speaker for UCN Sunday Celebration Service, a prayer chaplain, and a platform assistant. She currently works as a part time Office Manager for UCN.
