In times of uncertainty and change, many of us carry worry, grief, anger, or fatigue in quiet ways.

This workshop offers a welcoming, compassionate space to pause, reflect, and express what has been weighing on your heart — through creativity, understanding, and community.

Join Art Therapist Paula Aspesi, LADC for a 2-hour, trauma-informed art therapy workshop that invites participants to:
-Reflect on emotional and spiritual responses to the world around us
-Learn gentle ways the body and nervous system respond to stress and ongoing uncertainty
-Express feelings through art when words feel limited
-Practice grounding and centering practices that support inner steadiness
-Experience connection and shared humanity in a respectful space

This workshop is rooted in values of care, dignity, compassion, and presence.
No debate, no pressure — simply space to be with what is.

-No art experience needed
-All backgrounds and beliefs welcome
-Sharing is always optional
