“What You Focus On Grows”
Blessing is the power of multiplication. So it stands to reason that what we focus on is what we are blessing…even if we don’t intend to.
Sometimes it seems impossible to focus on anything but the perceived problem. So we rant about it. We call our friends and advisors to talk about it. We talk to ourselves about it. We put our next good off because we are waiting for this last thing to not have happened. What happens from all of this? It grows. In our minds, it keeps getting bigger and more intolerable. And yet, no matter how many times we are taught to change our thought, we continue to hold onto this one as if thinking about it will create the solution. Instead, with each moment that we focus on it, it gets bigger in our minds.
We have an alternative and it will cost us. I know that it’s worth the price and sometimes I am willing to pay it and sometimes I’m not. However, when I look within and seek a new thought/a True thought about “this” everything shifts. The price to pay is our bondage to limitation. It never seems like much until we ask ourselves to pay it.
I am asking all of us to remind ourselves that “as God is for us, nothing is against us”. Let’s set ourselves free of all limited/victim thoughts and enter into the current thought free from the last thought. Let’s focus on that and watch it grow. Oh yeah, let’s do it.
Let’s affirm together, “The Superconscious Mind is awake in me now!”
