Join us for these few days of going apart at Unity Center. During this time we will discover what we really want and if we really want it and how to find it.
We will stretch ourselves to our discomfort zone through sharing, through David Friedman’s musical Thought Exchange (which has radically changed the lives of many from past retreats), and a series of short workshops with Rev. Shawn and some others to grasp the keys that open the doors to us for a while.
Kenneth Gartman’s music will raise us up and his drum circle will set us free.
Our ongoing dialogue and creative writing time for finding our willingness to SEE will lead us to new avenuesof expression (including public speaking, and performance. Our cabaret show on Sunday.

A Love Offering will be taken to benefit Unity Center of Norwalk on Saturday evening.
We will have lunches and dinner together provided by BJ Ryan’s and BANC House.
