Winter Health: An Essential Oil Based Approach

WINTER IS COMING! It’s time to get ready for the season. This class will take a close look at the various illnesses most of us encounter during the colder months of the year. During winter, viruses and bacteria abound, so we’ll look at a comprehensive approach, not only to treatment options, but also prevention. We’ll also discuss the safe use of essential oils, what and how to purchase products, and I will make recommendations on where to purchase and what to read.

Topics covered will include essential oils, hydrosols and related products, as well as:

  • colds
  • flu
  • respiratory infections
  • inhalation
  • topical applications
  • gargles

Come ready to learn and discuss, ask questions and have fun. With an educated approach to essential oils, we can have a powerful aromatherapy arsenal to keep us healthy all winter long.
