Open Mic Night - June 15, 2019

Doors open at 6:30 pm.  Sign-up for those who wish to perform is from 6:30-6:55 pm.  You must sign up by 6:55 to perform.  Once the show starts we may not be able to accommodate additional performers.  Bring music printed out in your key, and Kenneth will accompany you at the piano for your moment at the microphone.  Comedians, poets, writers and musicians are all encouraged to perform!

Some snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.  After the event, we will move the party to a nearby restaurant/bar for a special 2 for 1 drink offer.

Open Mic Night is hosted by singer/pianist Kenneth Gartman. 

FEATURED ENTERTAINER: MAUREEN HAMILL

Maureen Hamill is a Partner and Creative Producer with International Production Partners, the producers of the new Broadway Show “Roy Rogers … Happy Trails” written by Tony /Academy Award winner Marshall Brickman (Annie Hall/Jersey Boys) and Academy award and Muti-Grammy Award winner T- Bone Burnett opening Pre Broadway In Atlanta in 2020.
She is also founder of Hamill Productions, a theatrical producing company which stages complete musical productions for corporations, organizations and events throughout the country.  Maureen has performed her one women Cabaret show atTavern on The Green in New York City, The Fairfield Theatre Company,The Westport Country Playhouse and has performed in concert with Broadway Tony Award winners James Naughtonand Christine Ebersole.
 
Maureen has been an Adjunct Professor at Western Connecticut State University, was a Founding Member of The Downtown Cabaret Theatre, Bridgeport CT and is the Director Of Education – The Klein Memorial In Bridgeport  
She is a member of Actors Equity Association.
