Essential Oils for Emotional Wellness
Every day we are faced with navigating challenges and setbacks. Such demanding work requires much of our energy and thoughts. In this class, we will explore several of these daily emotional challenges and how essential oils can help us create healthy emotional lives. We’ll explore conditions from anxiety to grief, and in doing so, will learn about the top 6 essential oils that can help guide us: Rose, Frankincense, Fragonia, Jasmine, Ylang Ylang and Lavender. We'll also learn how these essential oils can help amplify our joy, helping us feel peaceful and grounded.
We will explore such topics as:

Come ready to explore the world of essential oils and learn how it can nurture and support a healthy emotional life. We will do some blending together, making a perfume and an inhaler stick to take home and enjoy.
During the class, you will Make-and-Take Materials with a fee of $25 so you get to take the goods home.
Patricia-Marilyn Dubé, clinical aromatherapist. A desire to raise her family naturally led Patricia-Marilyn Dubé to explore the world of essential oils. Patricia received her Aromatherapy, Advanced Aromatherapy and Advanced Level III Certificates from Mount Royal University, in Calgary, Canada, in 2004. Patricia continues her education and has achieved specialty certificates in multiple aromatherapy disciplines, such as Aromatic Kinesiology, Infectious Disease and Research Based Aromatherapy. Her experience and education have led her to specialize in wound care and respiratory illness, as well as lecturing and teaching several courses in the safety and use of essential oils.
